Cancellation policies

Valid for roomreservations.

Used with: singlereservations.

Cancellation until 4pm on day of arrival is free of charge. After that we will charge you according to the confirmation.

Used with: reservations for stays or certain events like concerts and festival

Cancellation before 3 days,1 week or 1 month of arrival is free of charge (check your confirmation). After that we will charge you according to the confirmation.

Used with: groups - 10 persons or more.

The whole group not later than 30 days before arrival free of charge.

50% of the final reservation can be cancelled until 21 days before arrival.

25% of the final reservation can be cancelled until 14 days before arrival.

Later than 14 days before arrival there will be charged 75%.

On day on arrival there will be charged 100% (1st day).

Deposit: for group reservations we may charge 50% 10 days before arrival.
